A short questionnaire arrives. When you book, you’ll receive some questions about your business and how you’re thinking about what’s next. It takes about ten minutes, and it lets us spend our time on what matters to you. All responses are confidential.
We talk. Thirty minutes on the operation: how work actually gets done today, what depends on people rather than process, where the reporting is thin, and what you want the business to be capable of. I’ll give you a straight read on where the gaps likely are and what I’d address first. That’s useful to you whether or not we ever work together.
We decide whether to go deeper. If we both think there’s benefit to continuing the conversation, we’ll schedule a longer session — about an hour — to dig into specifics. If I don’t think I can help, I’ll say so.
